I have been dealing with Steve & Cindy since 1987 when they installed an awning on my Motor Home. I am currently on my second Fifth Wheel that was purchased from Steve's RV. Besides selling quality RV's their service department is second to none. They have excellent service technicians that get repairs done right the first time. My wife and I would not consider buying a new RV or having repairs done at any other place. There are at least two other RV dealers that are closer to my home than Steve's RV, but I choose to go the extra distance because Steve, Cindy, and the rest of the Steve's RV family go the extra distance to do things right.

I've just purchased my first camper with Steve's RV Center. I was looking at trailers, but not sure If was going to purchase one. If I was going to buy a camper , it had to have specific features and be in my price range. I called around to different dealerships and had no luck finding the floor plan I wanted for the price I wanted, until I spoke to David at Steve's RV. He told me they had a camper that just arrived that I might be interested in. When i went in to see the Jayco Eagle travel trailer, I loved it, It had everything I was looking for and more. It was perfect. Steve's RV really came through for me, not only having exactly what I was looking for, but at a great price. I ended up purchasing the camper without a second thought. When I picked up my camper the guys in the service department went through everything with me and answered all my questions. We have been dealing with Steve & Cindy at Steve's RV since 1995 when we purchased a 1995 Sunnybrook 30' Travel Trailer. One of my friends had purchased a Fifth Wheel from Steve's at the RV show. As we camped together, he told me how Steve took care of his customers. We were impressed with the Sunnybrook camper and how we kept hearing how Steve takes care of his customers. We had owned several Travel Trailers in the past from other dealers and currently had a Trailer we were thinking about trading in. My friends kept telling me to go to Steve's and see what he could do for us. We were impressed with Steve's to the point, no pressure sales information, and Steve made us a great deal on our first Sunnybrook Travel Trailer. We are currently on our third Sunnybrook camper purchased from Steve's RV.

Steve has always been fair and straight to the point. Steve's service center has experienced technicians who do the job right the first time. Every time we've needed service, our problems were taken care of in a professional way. You can count on getting your camper back in a reasonable time when you bring your camper in for repairs at Steve's. Steve will make sure you understand what the problem is, what it will take to repair it, and how long it will be before you get it back, But most of all when you pick your camper up, you can be sure your problems were taken care of. As long as we are able to camp and Steve's is in business we will continue to do business with him and the rest of the gang at Steve's RV.

We purchased our first Jayco Pop-up camper from Steve's RV in 1995 and are currently in our third camper (travel trailer) purchased from Steve's. The quality and livability of the Jayco's are excellent. We shopped around at different dealerships, but found the staff at Steve's very knowlegable and the service after the sale to be the Best in the business. We really realized this to be true because in between campers from Steve's we did make the mistake of making a purchase at a different dealership in Metairie and found the service to be below average and later found out we were overcharged for our purchase compared to other dealers pricing. We are now back with Steve's RV and Jayco and awaiting the 2010 travel trailers to arrive so we can possibly upgrade again. If you want the best deal for the best price in a quality product, and service after the sale, do yourself a favor and shop at Steve's
