In August 2016 a few days after my home was flooded with 4.5 ft. of water; My friend Jacki referred me to Steve's RV.
She told me that her friend Sandy had recently purchased a Jay Flight RV from David @ Steve's & how nice & spacious this particular RV is and that it was also well built.
Jacki also said that she heard these guys were great to do business with.
I called Steve's to order a Jay Flight RV, I gave them a deposit of $500.
Within a few days of the RV coming in I received a call from Fema letting me know my husband & I will be getting a Fema trailer on our property in Denham Springs.
We decided it was in our best financial interest at this time to cancel the RV for now & live in the Fema trailer while we are rebuilding our home.
I called David @ Steve's & canceled the RV, I expected they would keep the deposit so I didn't ask or expect any different.
Yesterday David @ Steve's RV called me to tell me he credited the $500.00 back to my account.
What an unexpected blessing!!
In the future when I'm ready for an RV, I will definitely be doing business with these kind, generous people.

Our own Hammond Dealer said they wanted $1,200.00 to switch our camper to 50amp, Y'all said $600.00. When we got the bill for $287.00 we hit the floor.
You can't find this kind of fair anymore, Any other shop would have just put $600,00 on the bill and been done.
I wrote my Rep. at Forest River and told them as well. My Hammond dealer had my RV for 2 months last year and actually took parts OFF my camper instead of fixing ANYTHING.
I'm warning people to stay away from them.

This place is a real diamond in the ruff. I had placed an ad on Craigslist for a toy hauler that is hard to find, well they seen my ad and contacted me. I took a chance and made the long drive from Houston to Steve's RV center , more than a little skeptical. When I arrived, there was the unit as described, ready to go. They gave me a great price, the staff knew what to do to get me on my way, and showroom was clean and well stocked. It was well worth the extra drive to deal with the folks. - K.
I did purchase a unit from a dealer in Orlando Florida...Big Mistake. I should have done my homework and purchased locally. Due to my spontaneous purchase while on vacation in Florida it left me without a service provider willing to repair a unit that they did not sell. Steve's RV left their comfort zone and helped us out. Please take a ride to Steve's RV Center in Lacombe, La. I cannot say anything but positive things about them. My wife and i purchased a new unit from a dealer in Orlando Fl. That lot DID NOT do their part on my unit prior to picking it up. STEVE"S RV stepped up and had a professional remedy for each issue. The service was personally handles by Steve himself. They covered each warranty issue and then some. I cannot be happier with them. Not to mention the product sold on their lot are top notch units. You will not find a better place to purchase from with EXCELLENT SERVICE after the sale. Please feel free to use my name and remind them that i was the one who bought a Jayco Pinnacle rom Orlando and they handled the warranty work for me last summer. Steve, Debi and I want to thank you for helping us out when the Toupes sent us your way after our Nash '96 5th wheel was not operational. We made it back to OR with the Jayco 5th wheel you sold us near the beginning of June and we are satisfied with the model and the price you gave us. Being up a creek without a paddle and depending on the ethics of others is not a place we want to be in this world of business. We believe you dealt with us fairly and compassionately in our time of need. And we appreciate it beyond what I can express. We have paid it off, gotten it registered and await the title from the OR DMV. - Chuck

Best group of people my husband and I have run across in our years of travels. While on our travel to San Antonio, TX to our grandson's AF graduation, our 5th wheel had a blowout. After getting back on the road, we ran across Steve's off I-12 and decided to pull in which was 10 minutes before they were to close. After looking at the damage and our tires, recommended we buy 4 new tires and replace a back plate. They stayed open to do the work, and it only took them an hour working together to get the job done and get us back on the road. Even helped us to find a place to camp for the night. Lacombe,LA is very fortunate to have such a business in their community - Debbie
